Refund Policy

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not completely satisfied with the organization or cleaning service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of completion.

2. Refunds

Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis. If we missed a specific deliverable outlined in your package (e.g., trash can cleaning), we will either return to complete the work or refund the portion of the fee attributed to that service.

3. Deposits

Deposits for large projects are non-refundable if cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the scheduled start date.
