When a hail warning lights up your phone, the question is whether both cars fit in the garage. Our garage floor coating makes it a room you'll want to keep clear, with full flake sealed under a polyaspartic topcoat on a diamond-ground slab. Your San Antonio estimate starts with one short call, then our estimator gives you your price.
Task Force Garage coats garage floors across San Antonio and the Hill Country towns around it. We diamond-grind the slab, fill the cracks, lay a polyurea base coat full of vinyl flake and seal it with a clear polyaspartic topcoat. The estimate is free and happens over the phone, and every floor has a lifetime adhesion warranty.
Shopping for an epoxy garage floor in San Antonio? Ours is the upgrade over epoxy. You get the same full-flake look, and it cures in hours, flexes with the slab and won't turn yellow in South Texas sun. Your car is back inside in three days, where plain epoxy takes closer to a week.
Most garages are done in one day. A slab that needs our moisture barrier takes two, because that primer cures overnight.
Not sure about a color yet? Pick two or three favorites from our color guide before the call, and we'll talk through how each one hides dust and tire marks.

San Antonio's ground changes along a line. North and west of town, out toward Stone Oak, Helotes and Boerne, homes sit on a thin layer of soil over limestone and caliche. South and east, they sit on deep black clay that swells in a wet spring and shrinks in August.
Both kinds of ground crack a slab, for different reasons. Clay lifts and drops the whole thing with the seasons. On the rocky side, a slab can settle over a pocket of clay or a filled trench, and the sharpest cracks often show up where the two kinds of ground meet.
Either way, our crew fills every crack and control joint and grinds it flush, and the polyurea base flexes with small movement. On the call, tell us where your cracks run. If one side of a crack sits higher, that slab is still moving, and it needs a foundation look before it needs a coating.

Nobody drives out to measure. You describe the garage, a couple of photos fill in the rest, and our estimator gives you your number over the phone.
Send the quote form and we call you back, usually within minutes during the day. Send it late at night and the call comes the next morning. On Sundays our calls start at noon. Rather talk now? Call (206) 895-7444.
Know the length and width of the floor? That's the most useful number you can give us. If not, tell us how many cars it holds and text a couple of photos to the same number.

In 2023 the city hit 100 degrees on 75 days, and most springs bring at least one hail scare. Your garage floor sits in the middle of both.
After a summer drive, tires are hot enough to soften paint and thin epoxy kits and pull them off the slab. Our topcoat grips diamond-ground concrete and stays down.
The April 2016 storm dented cars all over the north side. When the next warning comes, a garage you keep clear gets both cars inside in a couple of minutes.
With the door up, the afternoon sun bakes the same strip of floor every day. Epoxy can yellow there. Our clear topcoat keeps the color you picked, door open or shut.
On a Hill Country lot, pale caliche dust rides in on every tire. Bare concrete grabs it and holds on. A coated floor sweeps clean and hoses off in a few minutes.
Alamo Heights has homes from the 1920s and '30s, many with a detached two-car garage at the end of a long driveway. Those older slabs usually carry stains and old paint, and the diamond grind takes them off.
North of Loop 1604, Stone Oak is mostly newer homes with two- and three-car garages. Out in Helotes and Boerne, the lots get bigger and so do the garages, with room for the truck, the boat and the deer-season gear.
Up I-35, New Braunfels and Schertz keep adding new homes. A brand-new slab needs about four weeks to cure before it's coated, so mention your closing date on the call.

Hill Country lots often come with a detached shop, a barn or a second garage for the boat. The same floor goes down in any of them, as long as it's a solid concrete slab. A bigger floor costs more in total and less per square foot, because the setup doesn't change.

San Antonio is a military town, and orders don't wait for a good season. If you're leaving in a few months, a full Premium floor may be more than you need. Ask us about our Original floor and keep the rest of the budget for the move.
Staying put? Then this floor is for you. The garage stops shedding dust onto everything you store, the sand from a day of tubing on the Guadalupe hoses right off it, and the floor comes with a lifetime adhesion warranty.

You clear the garage the night before. Our crew handles the rest, and on a dry slab you're done by evening.

Full-flake floors in shops, barns and rooms inside the house, as well as garages. See the full gallery, or try a color on a photo of your own garage.

It comes down to the size of the floor, the crack repair, any old coating to grind off and the package you pick. A three-car garage or a shop costs more in total and less per square foot. We'll give you the exact number on the phone, and the written quote follows by email.
What sets the price is the size of the garage, the shape the concrete is in and what you want on it, and you can tell us all three. A couple of photos texted to (206) 895-7444 fill in the rest. If install day turns up something different from what we discussed, you hear about it before any work starts, so your price never changes behind your back.
We install the upgrade over an epoxy garage floor: a polyurea base coat and a clear polyaspartic topcoat with the same full-flake look. Next to plain epoxy, it cures in hours, stays flexible on a slab that moves and doesn't yellow in the South Texas sun. You can park on it after 72 hours.
Normal seasonal movement is fine, because every crack is filled and ground flush first and the polyurea base is flexible. What no coating can do is stop a slab that's still shifting. If one side of a crack sits higher than the other, or the crack keeps widening, have a foundation company look at it before you coat.
Yes. The work happens inside your garage, and our crew checks the slab temperature and the humidity before each coat goes down. Once it's cured, the topcoat handles triple-digit days and hot tires without softening, which is where paint and thin kits give up.
Yes, along with Alamo Heights, Helotes, Schertz and the neighborhoods in between. Out on a Hill Country lot with a shop or a second garage? We coat those too. If you're not sure we cover your street, call (206) 895-7444 and ask.
Yes. The same floor works in a detached garage, a shop or a pole barn, as long as the floor is a solid concrete slab. A bigger floor costs more in total and less per square foot, because the setup is the same. Tell us the sizes on the call, and we'll price the garage and the shop together or one at a time.
Walk on it the next day and park on it after 72 hours. Most garages take one working day, or two when the slab needs the moisture barrier primer, which cures overnight. The floor keeps hardening for about a week, so go easy dragging heavy things across it at first.
Call (206) 895-7444 or send the form. Tell us about the garage, get your price over the phone from our estimator, and look for the written quote in your email.
